1. Ordering & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices, promotions, and shipping fees are subject to change without notice.

  • International orders must be paid in full before shipping.

  • U.S. museums and universities may pay via approved purchase order; contact us in advance for approval.

2. Shipping & Returns

  • We process and ship orders promptly; occasional delays may occur due to inventory, travel, or carrier issues.

  • You are responsible for accurate shipping information. If an order is delayed or mis‑routed due to incorrect information, additional fees may apply.

  • If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund. Returns require prior authorization; items must be unused and in original packaging.

3. Product Use & Safety

  • Our adhesives are intended for professional and hobby use. Always follow label instructions, safety data sheets (SDS), and wear appropriate PPE (gloves, eye protection).

  • We are not liable for misuse, improper handling, or application beyond manufacturer guidelines.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All content on PaleoBOND.com, including text, images, logos, and trade names, is owned by PaleoBOND, LLC or its licensors, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Products and site content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaleoBOND disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law provisions.

  • Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado Springs, Colorado.
