Orders will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible. We are still dealing with raw material shortages for products that may cause a delay in your order shipping.

We will notify you when you have items in your cart that are on backorder and give you the option for us to ship in-stock items now and backordered items when we receive them.

Please make sure to check the RESIDENTIAL box when checking out if your order is shipping to a residential address.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

International orders must be paid in advance before orders will be shipped.

Purchase orders from the US museums and universities may allow for delayed payment upon prior approval by PaleoBOND.

Please note that every effort is made to estimate the correct shipping cost for each order.
We do not have control over the shipping costs. They can change at any time.
These prices are determined by USPS and FedEx.

If your estimated shipping price is too low, we will invoice the difference on either Square or PayPal. You will be responsible to pay this difference in shipping. We charge you what they charge us. Thanks for your cooperation.

If you specifically want your order to ship USPS or FedEx, please make a notation in the notes section when you place your order. We make every attempt to ship your product at the best price available to us. We’d rather you spent that hard earned money on more PaleoBOND products!

If you have an international shipment, we would be happy to get a DHL quote for shipping for you to compare prices. Please email your order to [email protected] with your order and complete shipping address. We will email a quote back to you with the option to pay via PayPal, Square, or Wire Transfer.
